Our flagship event, the Daylesford Collectables Fair, is held in the beautiful spa town of Daylesford across multiple venues, attracting thousands of collectors and visitors from across Victoria and beyond.
We’re also excited to introduce the 1st Annual Daylesford Toys & Trading Cards Fair, a dedicated one-day event held as part of the Daylesford Collectables Fair. Bringing together specialist dealers from across Victoria, the event showcases everything from vintage toys, diecast vehicles and model kits to Pokémon, sports and trading cards, action figures, comics, pop culture memorabilia and much more. It’s a must-visit for collectors of all ages and the newest addition to the Heyday Events calendar.
In January, we present the Campbells Creek Collectables Fair, held just five minutes from Castlemaine. Celebrating its 10th year, this much-loved country fair continues the tradition of the historic Fryerstown Antique Fair and has become a favourite destination for collectors seeking quality antiques, vintage treasures and unique collectables.
Whether you’re searching for antique furniture, vintage homewares, retro décor, toys, trading cards, records, advertising memorabilia or one-of-a-kind finds, our fairs offer something for every collector. FAQ’s
How do we get tickets?
Tickets will be available to book either through our website or you can purchase them at the gate on the day of the event.
Can we come in on Friday
There is no public access on Friday to allow the stallholders time to setup. Security will be monitoring the gate so please do not turn up expecting entry.
How do the Early Bird tickets work
As the saying goes the early bird gets the worm, these tickets are for the most dedicated collectors to access the fair an hour earlier than the general public and hopefully snap up a bargain. If you’re not that keen look out for the general admission opening time, which is an hour later and cheaper. As we do not allow access to the public on the Friday you can rest assured that the fair has not been picked over before you arrive.
Are the events wheelchair friendly?
Yes, although please note they are both on grass and have slight inclines. Disabled parking is available at each event and companions who present their cards can attend for free.
Are the events dog friendly?
Yes to all outdoor venues! They must be on short leads at all times, please clean up after them as they are your responsibility!

What can we sell?
The fairs are for anyone selling antiques, vintage, or repurposed. We do not offer stalls to anyone selling new products, craft or fresh produce. We also do not offer stalls to anyone selling weapons, nazi memorabilia or anything illegal.
