Please Note:
- Saturday-only stalls are located in a dedicated trading area separate from the two-day stallholders which provides access without disturbing other trading stalls.

Daylesford Collectables Fair – Town Hall Indoor Stall Information
Located in the heart of Daylesford’s historic Vincent Street, the beautifully restored Daylesford Town Hall provides a premium indoor trading experience within one of the town’s most iconic heritage buildings.
The Town Hall is one of the busiest venues during the Daylesford Collectables Fair, attracting collectors and visitors throughout the weekend. Indoor stalls offer a warm, weatherproof environment with high foot traffic and are ideally suited to quality antiques, vintage, jewellery, books, records, coins, advertising, small furniture, homewares and other collectables.

Please Note

- Stalls are not confirmed until payment has been received.
- Returning stallholders receive priority when stall allocations are made.
- Remaining stalls are allocated in the order bookings are received.
- Stallholders are responsible for setting up and packing down within the times advised by the organisers.
- Due to the heritage nature of the building, exhibitors must not attach items to walls, doors or fixtures.

Introducing the Inaugural Daylesford Toys & Trading Cards Fair, held as part of the Daylesford Collectables Fair 2026.
As part of the larger Daylesford Collectables Fair, your stall will benefit from exposure to thousands of visitors across multiple venues throughout the weekend. This exciting one-day event brings together collectors, enthusiasts and families from across Victoria to buy, sell and trade everything from vintage toys and diecast cars to modern collectables and trading cards.
As an established dealer or a passionate collector looking to sell, this fantastic opportunity will showcase your stock while connect with fellow enthusiasts.
Toys & Trading Cards Fair Stall Information
Price: $70 per table
Each table booking includes:
- One indoor trading table (1.9m × 0.75m)
- Two Stallholder Wristbands providing access to all Fair Venues
- One day of trading on Saturday, 21 November
- Indoor venue protected from the weather
- Security onsite throughout the event
- Toilet facilities
Additional tables may be booked, subject to availability.

All tables must be fully set up before 10:00am.
For the safety and enjoyment of visitors, stallholders must remain set up and trading until 4:00pm. Pack-down may commence only after the fair closes and organisers advise it is safe to do so.

Stallholder Conditions
- Tables are allocated by the event organisers.
- Each table includes two Stallholder Wristbands.
- Please trade only within your allocated space.
- Stallholders are responsible for their own insurance, stock and display equipment.
- All tables must be covered with tablecloths.
- Displays must not obstruct aisles or neighbouring exhibitors.
- Please leave your area clean and remove all rubbish at the conclusion of the event.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings that do not meet the theme or quality of the event.
The following items are not permitted:
- Food or beverages (unless authorised by the organisers)
- Counterfeit or replica merchandise sold as genuine

Campbells Creek Collectables Fair
Celebrating its 10th year, the Campbells Creek Collectables Fair is one of Central Victoria’s favourite collectables events. Held on the 16th and 17th of January 2027.
Located in the heart of Central Victoria’s historic goldfields, Campbells Creek is just 1hr 30min from Melbourne, five minutes from the vibrant heritage town of Castlemaine. The region is renowned for its thriving arts scene, outstanding cafés, wineries, local produce and fascinating history, making it an ideal destination for a day trip or a relaxing weekend away.

Stall Allocations
Stalls are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Returning stallholders are offered priority when stall allocations are made each year.
Remaining stalls are allocated to new stallholders in the order bookings are received, so early bookings are recommended to secure your preferred location.

Stallholder Conditions
Terms and Conditions
- Stallholders are responsible for providing their own marquee, tables and display equipment. All marquees must be adequately weighted and secured for safety.
- Stallholders are responsible for their own insurance, stock and equipment.
- Please trade only within your allocated site.
- Vehicles must be removed from public walkways and are not permitted to enter trading areas during public opening hours.
- Setup and pack-down times will be provided with your booking confirmation.
- Please leave your site clean and remove all rubbish before departing.
- The Event Organiser reserve the right to relocate stalls if operational requirements make this necessary.
- The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel any stall booking and issue a refund where the goods or services offered are considered unsuitable or do not meet the criteria of the event.
- The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or require the removal of, any stallholder whose behaviour, products, display, or conduct is considered unsafe, offensive, misleading, disruptive, or detrimental to the reputation or operation of the event. Failure to comply with reasonable directions from the Event Organiser or event staff may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may affect eligibility to participate in future events.
- The sale or display of illegal items, counterfeit goods, weapons, offensive material, or Nazi memorabilia is strictly prohibited. Any stallholder found displaying or selling prohibited items may be asked to leave the event without refund.
- Stallholders must ensure that all goods offered for sale comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.
- Original, reproduction, replica and restored items are welcome; however, reproduction, replica and restored items must be clearly identified as such. Any item intentionally misrepresented as original or authentic may be removed from sale, and the stallholder may be asked to leave the event without refund.
- Stall bookings are not transferable without the prior written approval of the Event Organiser. Subletting, sharing, or assigning a stall to another person or business without approval is not permitted.
- The Event Organiser aims to maintain a balanced and diverse range of exhibitors. Acceptance of a booking for one event does not guarantee acceptance at future events. Stall allocations and bookings remain at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser.
- Stalls must be occupied for the duration of the advertised trading hours unless prior approval has been obtained from the Event Organiser. Early pack-up is not permitted except in exceptional circumstances approved by the Event Organiser and may affect future booking applications.
- Stallholders are responsible for the security of their own stock, equipment and personal belongings. While reasonable care will be taken, the Event Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage.
- Stallholders are responsible for maintaining a safe, tidy and professional display and for leaving their site clean and free of rubbish at the conclusion of the event.
- The Event Organiser accepts no liability for any injury, loss, damage or claim arising from a stallholder’s participation in the event, except where required by law.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund less a $20 administration fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 7 days of the event, including cancellations due to change of circumstances, or failure to attend.
- If the Event Organiser cancels the event, stallholders will receive a full refund or, where offered, may transfer their booking to a rescheduled event.
- The Event Organiser will not be liable for any delay, cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the event resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, severe weather, fire, flood, natural disasters, power outages, venue closures, industrial disputes, public health emergencies, government directions, or any other unforeseen event that prevents the event from proceeding as planned.
- If the event is cancelled or postponed due to a force majeure event, the Event Organiser may, at its discretion: transfer the stall booking to a rescheduled date; provide a full or partial refund; or issue a credit towards a future event.
- The Event Organiser will make every reasonable effort to communicate any changes as soon as practicable.
- The Event Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to stallholders prior to the event.
