Stallholder Information

🔹 Daylesford Collectables Fair November – Stalls are Outdoor 8 x 8m and $150 each.

Venue is grassed and offers considerable shade from established trees. Toilet and shower facilities available plus accommodation onsite at the Daylesford Holiday Park (Bookings essential).

Security is onsite all weekend.

Stalls are allocated to returning Stallholders first and then gaps are filled with new stallholders on a first in basis.

🔹 Campbells Creek Collectables Fair 2025 – Stalls are Outdoor 6 x 7m and $120 each.

Indoor stalls are subject to availability and are usually booked well in advance by returning stallholders. Campbells Creek is in its eighth year, following on from the conclusion of the Fryerstown Antique Fair.

Centrally located 5min outside Castlemaine the venue is grassed with toilet and shower facilities plus security onsite all weekend.

Stalls can now be booked via our online booking system which accepts credit cards and PayPal! Follow links below.

If you have booked a stall and have photos of stock you are bringing please send them through and we will share on our socials!

*Stalls must sell antiques, vintage, second hand collectables, repurposed vintage etc. We do not accept stalls selling wholly new products, craft, fresh produce, or food. Illegal items, weapons or nazi memorabilia are also prohibited.
